Neuroscience now shows how we may best regulate our emotions, through our Mind Body Connection, in order to find balance and ease in our health and wellbeing.  In these busy challenging times, we are so often caught up in the sympathetic nervous system, which governs how we deal with threat from our environment.  My passion is to share knowledge and experience so that you may find balance and calm within yourself, making space for a rich and fulfilling life.
