reach your potential

Are you engaged with Life in the way that you wish to be?

Would you like to explore how you may find ways to believe in and deepen your connection with yourself?

Are you searching to find your purpose or transitioning to another career?

Are you working through personal challenges in your relationships with those you love?

Are you experiencing negative ways of thinking which are creating blocks in your life?

BACP Accredited and Registered Psychotherapist Louise Rolfe specialises in coaching people through emotional challenges in order for them to reach their true potential and state of balance in life. Louise has worked with those who experience anxiety, depression, loss, trauma and stress for over 20 years, including mediating between couples, finding ways for family members to reconcile and with those who are challenged with negative body image.  She has the skills to enable you to enable yourself.

The process of breaking down negative thought patterns and challenging core beliefs, frees up space for a more focused, energised way of being in the world, therefore allowing the true essence of who you are to rise to the surface thus making room for more creative thinking.  This process may take one or more sessions, depending on the issue.  The focus is always on moving forwards, balance and the best possible outcome for you.

The clip below is a recent crowdfunding campaign to raise money for our new Community Mental health wellbeing centre. We raised £12,000 for a community yurt which has now been gifted to Chaos Group (community company helping all of society), a CIC that we are affiliated with. The yurt is now up and we had our first public workshop on August 12th 2017 on the Roseland Peninsula, on a beautiful clifftop, where Chaos Farm is.
